Dr. West is a US Navy Veteran that served during Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Kuwait City.  After the US Navy, Dr. West spent time in Singapore, Tokyo, Auckland, and Hong Kong working in international accounting focused on the financial services industry, at an executive level.

Dr. West is a senior financial leader with 22 years of expertise in capital markets, debt markets, IPO readiness, and global mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He is dedicated to the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the organization. In this capacity, he leverages experience in fiscal and operational strategy, metrics, and control system monitoring to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
